After checkout, your QR Voices are automatically added to your Xzibit account and available in the Voice room. No manual activation required.

Each QR Voice includes 1 hour of voice interaction. After that, usage is billed at €0.15 per minute. All usage is visible in your dashboard.

Yes. You can add additional QR Voices at any time or contact us if you plan to scale to a larger deployment.

For projects with 25+ QR Voices, custom pricing, SLAs, or large-scale rollouts, please contact our sales team directly.

You can get support in three ways:

  • Ask our AI voice assistant
  • Chat with us via the support widget
  • Reach the Xzibit Support Channel on Slack

After onboarding, you receive access to the Xzibit Support Slack Channel, where you can ask questions, share context, and get direct support from the Xzibit team.

If the AI assistant can’t resolve your question, you can seamlessly continue the conversation via chat or Slack support.

QR Voice activations are delivered digitally.

  • After completing your purchase, your QR Voices are automatically added to your Xzibit account and are immediately available in the VoiceRoom.
  • No physical shipment is required.Delivery is instant and does not depend on location.

Your order includes physical QR codes (printed formats):

  • Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours
  • Shipping times may vary depending on destinationTracking information is provided once the order is dispatched

Please note that physical delivery does not affect the availability of your QR Voices. Activation is always digital.

All QR codes are custom-madeand generated specifically for your project.
Because of this, returns or cancellations are not possibleonce an order has been placed. We cannot accept returns or refunds for changes of mind or unused items.

If a physical QR code arrives damaged, defective, or not scannable, we will replace it free of charge.

In these cases:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide a brief description and, if possible, a photo
  • A replacement will be shipped at no cost

This applies only to defects or damage and not to design changes or preference-based requests.

QR Voice activations are digital products and are non-refundable once delivered.
Once access to the Voice Room and QR Voices has been granted, refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Exchanges are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery damage.

Custom-made QR codes cannot be exchanged for design changes, size changes, or alternative formats after production.
